Allerbling Food Allergy Awareness Bracelet Giveaway

58

A couple months ago, Jodie Hommer, founder of the Spokane Food Allergy Support Network, gave me one of these amazing bracelets for my son Lennon. Lennon absolutely loved it, and had the best time popping in his allergen indicators.  One of the coolest things about this bracelet is its flexibility, and I don’t mean just the stretchy rubber band. I mean, that it lets you change the allergen indicators, based upon the ever shifting landscape of food allergies. For example, in the old days, Lennon had life threatening food allergies to dairy and soy. He outgrew both those allergies by the time he was six, but then developed new allergies to tree nuts and shellfish.  (there was also a brief period of wheat allergy and supposedly egg). This bracelet lets you customize your medi alert, over and over again. (hopefully one day, your child  will just get to wear the cool orange band, with nothing inserted into it!).

Allerbling has kindly offered to give away THREE of these Food Allergy Awareness Bracelets to three of you readers.   All you have to do to enter the drawing is vote for this blog by clicking:

HERE    ←

where it’s been nominated as a Top 25 Food Allergy Blog by Circle of Moms, and then leave me a comment below, letting me know you did so. The more you vote, the more times you’ll be entered into the drawing. I really do hope this blog is valuable to you as a Food Allergy Blog.  I’m always happy to hear feedback, so let me know what you’d like to see more of, less of, the same of….

I just want you to know that I voted! Great product! I will pass this on to others! My 3 children have a metabolic disorder called PKU. In simple terms there bodies can’t break down protein like everyone else does. Therefore they can’t have milk, nuts, eggs, meats, and must have a very low protein diet. Thanks for all your info!
