I’ll be doing a cooking demo and book signing of The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook this Friday, 10/22, at CLARK’S NUTRITION Natural Foods Market in Loma Linda, CA, at 2pm. See here for location details. I’ll have samples of my gluten-free, allergy-friendly vegan brownies, and will do a demo on how to make them. I’ll come back in a day or so and update on my fabulous experience in Chicago, co-chairing the CHICAGO FAAN Walk for Food Allergy, last Sunday. (I’m waiting for more pics to illustrate the fabulosity of it all). For now, suffice it to say, that the Chicago Food Allergy Community is amazing, and strong, and they know how to get things DONE!!!!
