Allergy Friendly Monday (“Say what?!”)
Hi Folks, this week, we’re celebrating Allergy-Friendly Friday on Monday. Why? Because I had no access to a computer on Friday, and was at the Anaheim Convention Center at Expo West all weekend launching my new line of cookies, Cybele’s Free-to-Eat (see Talulah and Lola giving out samples above!) It was a lot of fun, and very exciting to get out there with the cookies after almost 2 years of hard work. Thank you for your patience with me on my blog delay!

I haven’t posted anything in ages, but I did finally get around to blogging a very popular recipe at our house — waffles!
FYI — your Allergy Friendly Friday blog image won’t show up on other blogs without a teeny modification. At the end where it says /assets/… your site address needs to be popped it.

I can’t wait to see them in stores! I love your cookbooks. We are travelling to CA this summer with my food allergic son (San Diego, then to Disneyland). Do you have any grocery stores/restaurants that you can recommend as allergy friendly? Thanks!
