My blog is brand new, so no recipes YET, but now I am inspired to get one together and post it! My daughter is allergic to tree nuts and egg so maybe we’ll whip up something nut-safe!? Thanks!

Have a nice week.
Happy to see you back. Thanks for the congrats!
Very nice recipe.
[…] Seriously, this is the easiest broccoli soup I have ever made. It’s a favorite of mine! I love the flavor of the rich gorgonzola combined with fresh broccoli. I didn’t put measurements on this recipe because honestly, I rarely measure my ingredients very carefully anyway (exception: when I’m baking!). Use whatever amounts work for you in this soup. It’s super flexible, so don’t stress about that one. If you’re interested in some other allergen-friendly recipes, go check out this week’s list at Cybele Pascal’s blog. […]
Hi Cybele! Congrats!! This week I am sharing a simple shortbread that is a nice crispy cookie to have with a cup of tea.
Have a great week!
[…] 1 cup almond butter (if you have time, homemade almond butter is reeeally good in these cookies!) 1 egg 1 cup coconut sugar a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon or ginger chocolate or carob chips (I use Enjoy Life brand of chocolate chips when making these for my gfdf husband!) While the oven is preheating to 350*, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. If adding chips, I wait until right before I form the dough to toss them in! When mixture has turned to dough, form into small balls & place on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes, then enjoy! You should let them cool first, but we can never wait that long! Mmmmm, I just may have to bake a double batch today! This post is linked to: Whole Food Fridays, Allergy Friendly Friday […]
