I live in Canada and haven’t been able to find King Arthur flour up here. Are there other flour mixes that work with this recipe? Does your basic gluten free flour blend from your recipe book work with this recipe? I’ve been looking for allergy free pancakes that actually work for so long!

    Thanks for your help! 🙂

Hi! I love your recipes!! They have really allowed me to actually enjoy food for once. I have had severe food allergies since I was a baby and they really impede my ability to try new dishes, since I have no idea what flavors I’m trying to recreate.
How would I make the above pancake recipe into pumpkin pancakes and/or waffles?
