  7. Good luck on your juice cleanse! Yes, you might get a little foggy in the head from time to time, but you’re going to feel sooooooo good! (I’m jealous!)

I’m linking up a perfect salad for 4th of July. The red strawberries are quite patriotic, but the Sweet Cilantro Honey Dressing just makes it! (Don’t think about that til after your cleanse!)

    Good luck!!

    Hi Cybele,

Juice cleanses are so great. I read somewhere we should do them a couple times each year. Nice to give our digestion a break and cleanse the blood.

This week I am sharing a roasted potato salad (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, egg free). Perfect allergy-friendly back yard BBQ dish (to go with those baked beans and grilled chicken). 🙂

    Have a great 4th celebration.

    Be Well,

    Hi Cybele,

Thanks so much for featuring my cucumber-basil salad this week!! We actually just enjoyed another batch this weekend for my husband’s surprise birthday cookout. 🙂 It’s a refreshing summertime dish, much needed to combat the 100 degree heat we’ve had!

In honor of July 4th, I’ve posted my Red, White, and Blue Rum Berry Granola Parfait (free of refined sugars and the top 8 allergens). Made with rum-soaked seasonal berries. 🙂

Thanks again for hosting. Enjoy your 4th of July!!
