For those seeking chocolate cake, there is a chocolate cake recipe in both books. The one in The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook is free of refined-sugar, vegan, and wheat-free, but NOT gluten-free. The one in The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook IS gluten-free, and vegan.
My sister bought me your cookbook after my baby was diagnosed with many allergies. I love food and was desperately starving trying to nurse Sonia and stay away from so many foods.
